To assist you in selecting a site that works best for your camping needs and budget, we offer two site types: Premium and Deluxe sites.
• Monthly stays or longer paid with a credit card will receive an additional 2.5% processing fee
• Weekly rate is the daily rate for 7 nights less a 10% discount
• Seasonal installment plan rates are available pre-season
• Every site comes with a fire ring and picnic table. Camper maintains the site.
• Golf carts for seasonals are an additional $125 fee. Golf Carts for shorter stays permitted on exception basis – inquire as to price.
• Free WiFi access available at lodge and pool. WiFi access available at a cost.
• Electric is sub-metered for monthly stays or longer at our cost plus a $4 administrative fee
• Electric deposit of $150 required for monthly stays or longer
“• Base rate includes up to two (2) adults and two (2) children (from immediate family) under age 18; extra person charge is $7/day. No charge for an
extra child under the age of 7. For seasonals, extra adult is $295 and extra child is $195.”
• Seasonal stays are subject to seasonal contract
• Visitors are $6/day and overnight visitors are $12/night
• Two (2) vehicles allowed per site – off site storage $65/month
• Site and site types are subject to availability and rates and rules are subject to change without notice
• Rally rates are available upon request
• There is a $5 non-refundable service charge when booking online
Cancellation and Refund Policies:
1. Daily Reservations: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellations made at least 14 days before the reservation start date will incur a $35 cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date will result in the forfeiture of the payment.
2. Weekly Reservations: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellations made at least 30 days before the reservation start date will incur a $95 cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date will result in the forfeiture of the payment.
3. Monthly Reservations: The first month’s payment is required in full as a deposit at the time of booking.
• Cancellations made at least 60 days before the reservation start date will incur a $295 cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 60 days before the start date will result in the forfeiture of the full first month’s payment.
4. Seasonal Reservations: A non-refundable first installment of $895 is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellations or changes to seasonal reservations are non-refundable and will not be credited.
5. Holiday Reservations: A minimum stay of 3-nights is required on, but not limited to, the following holiday weekends and events:
New Years/New Year’s Eve, Easter, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving/Black Friday and Christmas.
• Cancellations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
6. No Refunds for Early Departures: Refunds will not be issued for early departures under any circumstances.
Check-In and Check-Out
• Full payment, which is non-refundable due upon check-in
• To extend your stay, notify the office before 10:00 AM
• Check-in time is 2:00 PM for campsites
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM for campsites
• One (1) camping unit per campsite (includes tents)
• All campers, guests and visitors must register, paying at the office upon arrival. Copies of driver’s licenses to be provided at check-in.
• Valid rabies certificate required for all pets
• Golf Cart agreements required to be signed
• Day guests must depart by 8:00 PM and overnight guests must depart by 11:00 AM
